Life Without Limits is a Leeds based social group for girls in their teens and twenties with disabilities and complex needs.
We run two programmes.
WHO ARE WE?
Fun & Activities
The first Sunday of the month.
The Vinery Centre, Leeds
2 - 4 pm
Out & About
The third Sunday of the month.
Weekend social meet-ups in and around Leeds
The Vinery Centre is a purpose built wheelchair accessible venue with Changing Places & disabled toilets, sensory, soft play and activity rooms, with a large car park.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We have fun, make new friends and try out new experiences.
Session themes or workshops are chosen by the group.
These have included slime, pizza and jewellery making, clay, baking, art, music & dance workshops.
We play games, listen to music, have snacks and use the sensory and soft play rooms.
Out & About meet-ups include activities such as such as bowling, cinema, ice-skating and the theatre.
The activities are designed to be as accessible as possible.
We don't have care workers, so the young adults require a parent / carer to support them during the session.
The Vinery Centre sessions cost £6 per young person. This contributes towards materials and venue hire.
The Out & About sessions are cost price of the activity.
